A combination of alignment-detailed poses with stretches and slow, flowing movement to build strength and promote flexibility, whilst releasing tension and fostering a sense of connection between body and breath to still the mind. Suitable for beginners and more experienced students. Options and modifications are offered to suit your ability and what’s going on in your body.

YOGA WITH MEDITATION
Gentle sequences with alignment-focused held poses and flowing movements plus breathwork and 15 minutes of meditation practice and relaxation. Builds physical strength and flexibility as well as tapping into the many benefits of meditation, including stress reduction and the potential for better sleep. Suitable for beginners and more experienced students with options for both.

MEDITATION
The benefits of regular meditation are many: increased mental focus and clarity, reduced stress and anxiety, and a greater sense of wellbeing to name just a few. As well as practice sessions to explore different ways to meditate, the classes also provide take-away techniques and tips to help you establish a regular meditation practice of your own.

MENOPAUSE YOGA
Supporting you in every stage of the menopause, from perimenopause into the post-menopausal years. The weekly classes address a range of common symptoms, such as hot flushes, irritability and overwhelm. Each offers take-away tools to practice on your own when most needed.
