Dress for comfort and movement. That could mean leggings and a vest top or loose-fitting joggers and a t-shirt you can tuck in (so it doesn’t end up around your neck when you are folding forwards). You might want an extra layer such as a sweatshirt/jumper/socks/blanket to keep you warm at the end of class when in relaxation or meditation.

Online: a yoga mat. As you’re most likely joining from home you might find it helpful to have a few props such as cork yoga blocks (widely available and not too pricey) or hard back books as an alternative; a yoga strap or, as a substitute, a dressing gown belt and a towel for padding sensitive knees, amongst other uses. The props are not essential but can really help with healthy alignment and making some poses feel more easeful.
In person: a yoga mat. And bring your own hand towel too – it can be used in many ways! If you have other props such as yoga bricks and straps, please do bring them along.

Ideally yes. It’s so I can give you any adjustment cues necessary to practise safely.

It’s usually recommended that you don’t practise yoga during the first trimester. After that I suggest specialist pregnancy yoga classes.

Classes: If you cancel an online or in-person class up to 12 hours before it starts you will receive a credit to use another time. Cancellations within 12 hours will not receive a credit.
Workshops and courses: 48 hours notice is required for a monetary refund, unless there's a waiting list and your place can be filled from it or you are unwell and have a doctor's note. Depending on the course or workshop I may offer a credit if preferred. Courses are booked as one event, not individual sessions. If I have to cancel a workshop or course you will receive a full refund but I will not be responsible for any additional expenses you may incur such as travel.
