If you want to learn some of the basics to feel confident before attending a yoga class (or even just see if yoga is for you), this is a good place to start.
I’ll teach you how to do some of the fundamental poses with healthy alignment as well as simple breathing techniques which we’ll build on each week.
There’s an opportunity to ask questions too in a relaxed, supportive environment.
