A safe and supportive online space for women at similar life stages to share their experiences and enjoy a cooling and calming yoga practice with specially chosen asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation practices, which can be used at home to help manage symptoms.
Expect an informative, relaxed few hours and to leave with a toolkit of techniques and resources to empower you on your menopause journey.
